"We all have creativity that lives within us. Encouraging this creativity is one of my life's most joyous challenges. Art has always brought me great pleasure, contentment and peace. One of my goals is to encourage creative thinking and actions in others. I share my art, hoping it will be a source of inspiration, healing and joy to those who view it."

Originally from Ohio, Lora Davis-Henningsen been drawing and painting for fun since she was a young child. Starting in an on-line gallery, she expanded in a few short years to exhibit her work in juried and non-juried shows both nationally and internationally. Lora holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Wright State University. She has also studied painting and drawing at FCCJ in Jacksonville and participated in variety of workshops to enhance her talent. She shares her art, hoping it will be a source of inspiration, healing and joy to those that own and view it.

Lora loves using bright bold colors and textures and paints primarily with oils using a variety of subject matter. She believes that we all have creativity that lives within us. Encouraging this creativity is one of her life's passions. Art has always brought her great pleasure, contentment and peace. One of Lora’s goals is to encourage creative thinking and actions in others to help them realize the importance and power of the arts.
