A good photograph has the ability to speak a silent language, yet still leaves much for the viewer to interpret.

As a digital photographic artist, I take the approach that the image captured by the camera is only the beginning of my artistic process. Perhaps the best way to express it is to say that the initial image serves as the foundation for the final product. Much of my work is produced by combing a number of images to better express the intangible aspects of life, such as emotions. Other pieces may contain only one image which has been digitally manipulated to give it a different emphasis.

I see my camera as an extension of not only my eyes but also of my heart. And my artwork serves as my silent voice. The pieces I produce allow me to speak of my world without the use of words.
