TAC in the Community

​Children's Art Workshops at Kim's Open Door and the Hubbard House. 
​
Monthly TAC artists visit Kim's Open Door to provide children after hours art workshops. Kim's team of volunteers and employees work with hundreds of Jacksonville's most vulnerable children in parks, shelters, schools, and churches. Through ​Art, Music, Athletics, & Dance, Block Parties, In-school tutoring and Cultural orientation.

​In an effort to give back to the community, The Art Center has in the past provided murals free of charge (not including supplies) to enhance the property of non-profit organizations.  Due to the high volume of requests and limited resources, we have implemented a mural request policy.  If you are a 501(c)(3) organization and desire to have a mural, please complete the following form and a board member from TAC will contact you to discuss the terms of the agreement.
