With a life-long attraction to all things POP, Rick combines that interest with his desire to give back to the environment by upcycling as much as he possibly can. Scouring thrift stores, checking out yard sales on the weekends, and often riding his bike around the neighborhood on bulk pick-up days, he gathers up used picture frames, discarded toys and any other forlorn item that may pique his interest, then meticulously puts together an assortment of characters that almost anyone can find a connection with.
Whether it be on a wall, a stack of books, a table, or any other space that needs a bit of attention, his whimsical pieces will certainly elicit a smile or two on those who take a moment to check them out.
