So many of us watched Game of Thrones and maybe even got a little bit pulled in to that world. This piece was created to draw on the concept of a dragon's egg. The Khaleesi was the Mother of Dragons and the eggs were vital to her. This piece could not go through the cleansing fire since it is built on a wooden hollowform made of sweetgum. I then added each individual scale I crafted from polymer clay. Mica powder adds to shimmer I wanted.
