We all can face a prison of sorts - grief, depression, health, or actual iron bars. Better times may seem like that unattainable blue sky seen through the prison window. Even though you only see the shadow of the “bird of hope”, remember that it is really there! Better times are ahead. The inscription “PM 5:3-5” on the wall is a nod to the artist’s compatriots imprisoned for their faith in Russia.
