Call to Artists.Visual artists are welcome to submit their work for our jury exhibitions.
1. Fill out the artist application and return it to the designated Art Center location with your entry fee. 2. Please either email or bring in the completed curating form. 3. We also request that you provide an artist bio and picture to promote your art. Be sure to read the jury show details carefully before submitting your work, application, and fee. Exhibition InsuranceInsurance is the responsibility of the artist. The Art Center does not accept the responsibility of theft, vandalism or damage caused by gallery patrons or staff during transfer for any reason including the mishandeling by carrier or failure of packaging to protect works in transit. Also not coverd is damage caused to work by a failure of the work itself or its mounting systems installed by the artist.

Theme: (Matthews, Dames Point, Hart, And Main Street Bridge)
No bridges over troubled waters here on the St. Johns River. Four options (and your images must include one of these bridges )the Dames Point Bridge (Napoleon Bonaparte Broward Bridge), The Hart (Isaiah Hart Bridge), Main Street (John T. Alsop, Jr. Bridge) and the Matthews Bridge (John E. Mathew Bridge). Delight yourself by exploring the magic of the St. John’s, it mystery and the history of our four colorful bridges. Surprise us with your images of the bountiful offerings of birds, wildlife, boating life, fishing and our unequaled sunsets.
Submission Fee: $20 for members and $25 for non-members for up to three pieces. If you would like to submit an additional 2 pieces, there will be an additional charge of $5 per piece. You may pay at the gallery by check or credit card.

You may make your own video and contact the gallery to coordinate the method of delivery of the video file. We do ask that everyone films their entire video in either portrait or landscape. Your video will be featured on the TAC YouTube Channel, TAC Facebook page, TAC Instagram, and TAC website.
- You will be given an information sheet to help you promote your pieces online, where to find your video, and have details about the awards ceremony and reception, and artist satisfaction survey.

"My Trip to the ZOO" Coming June 2021

Theme: Take the kids to the Jacksonville zoo so they can get inspired to draw, paint, collage, mold and color animals from the Jacksonville Zoo.
Call to Artists: Kids and Teens ages 6-16.
*Submission Guidelines:
Works on paper or canvas, and clay sculptures. Size limitation for 2D art is 24"X24". The 2D work does not need to be framed, but works on paper need to b mattd and works on canvas need to have wire on the back. The submission fee will be $5, with only one entry per child.

Chocolate is famous as Christmas gifts, Valentine expressions and Easter celebration as well as being popular for anniversaries and birthdays. Box up your best ideas and share your images for this fun event!

Theme: Songs have been written about autumn, the most popular written by a French composter after WWII is Autumn Leaves. When Autumn Leaves start to fall… should inspire artists to capture the red and gold of the season. The transition from summer to winter that can be seen in nature or in the change in wildlife as they adapt to the coming season. This is the time to capture the moment. Fall is a time of preparation and we hope you will take all the colors of the season to your canvas.
