Learn the basics of mosaics while making an 8"x8" hanging art piece. Quickly learn to cut glass, and understand choice of tesserae, adhesives, and grout. Go home with a completed project.
All materials included, no experience required.
​Diane Concepcion (of Pelican Central Mosaic Arts) is an accomplished mosaic artist. She ran a mosaic studio in south Florida for 12 years making and selling mosaic art, giving classes, doing public installations and private commissions.

 

You Slay Me -
​Continuous Strand Weaving

Learn to weave on a triangle loom using continuous strands to create your piece.
This class is on two days.  
As you dress the loom you are also weaving the finished pieces. Both the warp and weft threads are created simultaneously. This is a very efficient way to weave and a very good way to learn the process. All materials provided. Taught by Gail Karson, weaver.
