VALENTINA NEDELCHEVA DEC 5TH - MAR 6TH
LISA LOFTON SEP 12TH - DEC 5TH
Title: "DANCE CONNECTS US" Dance Connects Us is a series dedicated to different music and dance disciplines. To observe the diversity of a performer both culturally and stylistically only grazes the surface. They all embrace music through movement. Each dancer entertains but, even more than that, they draw us into a state of unison as we sway with them and the music, forgetting ourselves and our differences transporting us to a place where only the immense joy of dance exists. The pieces shown can be purchased online. They will not be available for pickup until after the exhibition ends. Click on an image to see the details. |

ANNELES DYKGRAAF NOV 8th - JAN 31ST
This is the first of many exhibits at the Florida Ballet. This exhibition is a combination of woodcut and lino prints as well as acrylic paintings. Annelie's art mainly depicts people - the vast and unique personalities and relationships; and also tells stories of her childhood and the uniting of cultures/races. Often incorporated into her reliefs are drawing motifs from the tradition of wood carvings, textile patterns, uli motifs and symbols from various West African tribal folk tales/myths. Enjoy the slide show of her exhibition.
