To me each day is a new beginning staring with the rising of the sun. This piece shows the sun just breaking over the horizon from the colors of the dawn. Iridescent paint was used over the wood to give a shimmer to the transition from dark to full sun.
This piece is part of the New Beginnings Exhibition.

- Join us for the Reception on Sunday - Jan 21st from 2-4 PM
- ART PICKUP: We ask that you leave the work in the exhibition until the end of show. Pick up after Mar 9th. You may buy your pieces online. To collect your purchased artwork, please come to the Art Center Cooperative, Inc after the exhibition ends, Tue-Fri Noon-5 pm and Sat 11-3 pm
