Darwin at the London Natural History Museum by Linda Chipperfield
This piece is done in the style of Edgar Boehm, Sculptor
Boehm’s sculpture of Darwin in Hintze Hall was dedicated by the Queen in 1885. It sits among thousands of Darwin’s collections and is a testament to the advancement of science. The elegant white marble against the earth-colored tile of the museum walls was the perfect inspiration for a watercolor.
